An artwork by the modernist architect Lluis Domenech i Montaner, the Palau de la Musica Catalana (Palace of Catalan Music) was opened to public in 1908. The façade associates sculptures and bas-relief picturing the history of the Catalonian Music, with modern-styled elements such as fine china.
