The largest port of Mediterranean Sea, the Port of Barcelona is the economic lung of Catalonia. Managed by the Port Authority of Barcelona, it stretches within almost 8 km2 and comprises of 3 sectors : the Old Haven (Port Vell), the commercial port, and the logistic installation port. The Port Vell has been transformed into a commercial place where we can walk around. There we will find Las Ramblas Maritimas, a commercial center, an Imax cinema and the Aquarium of Barcelona. The port is dominated by two high funicular towers, forming together an uncomparable charm.
